SAMPLING COORDINATOR 
The Sampling Coordinator is an entry-level position and is responsible for collecting, preparing, and sending out sample requests given by the Bulk Wine Sales Representative to specified clients and potential clients. The position makes some independent judgement calls, but is to take direction from Winemaking in conjunction with sales.   The position must be able to pay special attention to detail and meet deadlines efficiently. Fluent in Word and Excel is a must.  The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written! The position will also assist in the Lab and other departments, when needed so being a team player is important. General/basic knowledge in chemistry terms is a PLUS! The position is pending full-time or part-time. 
BARREL ROOM HAND
The Barrel Room Hand is an entry-level manual labor warehousing position and is responsible for ensuring that all organization, cleaning, and warehousing responsibilities are performed. The Barrel Room Hand is instrumental in ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and overall flow of the barrel warehouse is being performed. It is important that the individual can follow written safety protocols, read & understand written work orders, interpret and perform the duties for those those work orders, & fill in completed work orders. The individual must also rack wine, make wine additions, clean & sanitize pumps & hoses, operate equipment safely & effectively. The individual must be able to work barrels, such as filling, racking, topping, and washing of barrels as well as be able to turn barrels on racks. This is a manual labor position so it is essential that that individual is able to be on their feet for extended periods of time, can more or lift up to 40 pounds, and have full range of motion of arms and legs. The individual must be willing to work some mandatory overtime and cross-train in other departments.  Normal anticipated schedule is 4 10 hour weekday shifts. Harvest months will require some overtime.
